A player of massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) CabalSea visited Asiasoft's office with a complaint, only to have a Customer Service Operator (CSO) call the Police on him.

On a forum, STOMPer Cyrus relates the incident:

"To all players of CabalSea, this thread is created for players to get an idea of what actually goes on when something goes wrong."One day FB01 had some issues with his account and lost some rather valuable items by changing the channel. Since this was an unprecedented error, he decided to make his way down to the Asiasoft office for advice on the matter."On Jan 12 he made his first visit to the Asiasoft @Club located at Suntec City. His queries were met with disinterest was given answers like "we will get back to you soon" and "please send such queries through QBox".

"After a few minutes, the CSO attending to him (Angela) started sniffing and was on the verge of tears even though no shouting or bad attitude was directed at her."This was when he told the CSOs firmly but politely that he would allow two weeks of investigation before he expected a reply. He left without any final answers to his questions."On Jan 13 he returned to the Asiasoft @Club with a group of friends to pursue an entirely different matter."Since he was there he decided to check on the problem he had reported the day before. He was again given similar answers like 'we will investigate and send an email to you' and 'we can't help you on this here'."Feeling thoroughly frustrated with the CSOs' replies, he demanded an explanation or at least, someone of managerial rank or above to speak to."In the meantime his friends were being served by another CSO (Vivian). Likewise they received very unsatisfying answers to their questions."This was when Angela called in the police. Yes, our Singapore blue-uniformed Police!

"Please note that there were no banging of tables, throwing of chairs, raising of voices, scolding of vulgarities, or threats being made. Everything was put across in a polite but firm manner.

"Wasn't she over-reacting a little?
"They were made to leave @Club, unfortunately with more questions than answers, and a very bad impression of Asiasoft Service.

"Is calling in the police a way to chase customers away that they are unable to handle? And where were the managers/ supervisors/ representatives of Asiasoft that day?"

Today suppose cremate n end all stuff la..but dame fuck things happen

End day..White gold money few k gone..the uncle beng took it my sis say..then my sis do accounting for the funeral 1..then the uncle take she also bo bian..then she tell baby aunt..she also cant say anything..dame sian

Also found out alot things today.Last time evon's stead say.she dame clubbing 1.also treaten jump building ar n so.Belle father.bookie 1.last time always eat pill 1..not slimming pill.

next is the 49 days of awaiting grand spirit come back..stay at grand house..or duno what..n the 21 day do something n 100 days do something..not sure detail

Back from day 2 of mourning

alot pray today..alot of golden yuan bao origami making..

the adults..quarrel alot..about the white gold thingy..the money people donate to us coz grandma die..sian..thats y i hate them alot..

BUT...i love my cousin from mother side of family..coz..all v together..Sun heng,me,zhi wei,jing jing,teck wei,xiu ping,joey,joy,evon jie EVEN BELLE SIM BEI ER!!!!<--LOL all make alot yuan bao and the dead people coin folding 1..Ah long..dame sleck..outside laptop whole day..but his gf help alot.belle father dame bad..nvr come see ah ma at all..then zhi wei ask belle while folding the yuan bao.

Zhi Wei: belle you noe where is geylang or not?
Belle:I NOE!! I NOE!! alot pretty girls there 1.but mummy say they are no good people.

as for the meals in funeral..standard..Curry chicken,rice,bread.but the funeral guy got provide fried wanton n some other stuff..drinks=herbal tea,plain water..snacks=gua zi,sweets,peanut..the toilet stand on the funeral..as usual..seibei dirty..but quite dry..1 day rental 60 dollar..

today obitary got my name coz annouce grandma death thingy...aunt pay for obitary..1 page=1.9k SGD..like day like robbery..

back from the mourning of my grandma death

8am go there..1st to reach..all call me 8am go with my sis..then in the end rest came at 12noon-1pm.._l_

i came 1st with baby aunt n cindy family,then ah yam with her hubby n baby.then teck wei n xiu ping family.then belle n joey family.then came the uncle and sun heng family. ah long n his gf came last i think

dun haf wear the brown shirt thingy..just the funeral guy ask the parent generation wear white top black bottom with pinned brown the old time thingy to the shoulder.then my generation wear white top blue pants..great grandchildren like belle wear green pants ah yam baby too young so no need wear the mourning things..

the whole mourning ceremony started at 2pm onward..after that the uncle keep kpkb my hair say long bla bla..

tmr still got mourning n prayer..monday cremate..then is the 49 days of waiting the "spirit" of my grandma return home..the relative want me to stay there for 49 days..i think..wa crazy..

today they also wan me stay back..but i didnt..my sis stayed back.Sun heng,chi mei,sun li,evon jie n belle,ah yam,zhi wei,jing jing,joy and joey,

went to visit grandma at SGH block 4 lvl 8 ward 20 ~_~ hard to find the ward sia..so messy the area

reach there..only me n mute aunt there..then Shun Li came.Shun li stayed for 30mins or so then got to go for work..then baby aunt came then mute uncle then ji mei dad i think..and Ah yam jie and her husband n their baby came as family..i heard her say..the baby 5mths old=last year aug born..they got marry after last year cny=feb. then i weird weird..lol..BOMB JI JI ..the baby name liener or something..

grandma got cancer+stroke if i am not wrong..she cant even talk to me anymore..can even speak or walk ..need wear the oxigen mask n nurse to take care her for the simples of needs..

i stayed at there for almost 5hr..then seibei tired now resting at home..
